Broken Coconut is an all day poolside café located inside Equinox Hudson Yards. The team at BOND Hospitality created the food and beverage menus with a focus on colorful, nutrient-rich, and sustainable ingredients, thoughtfully designed to support both post-workout recovery and leisurely days by the pool. The menu features fresh bowls, salads, and shareables rooted in locally sourced, seasonal produce. On the beverage side, an array of immunity-boosting and creatively crafted smoothies, house-made Iced Boba Tea (spirited or zero-proof), and signature cocktails – spanning frozen, shaken, spicy, and fruity – are crafted to order from the poolside bar.
